A Spy At HOL!
We regret to inform you that we have a spy at HOL who is threatening and making Professors disappear. We do not know the intentions of the spy, but we are sure that they are not good. We don’t know if the spy will go after students so all you First and Second years, STAY IN GROUPS. It is not safe to walk around in these trying times. STAY SAFE! Gryffindor’s Study Groups
Are you having trouble with that nasty Arithmancy assignment? Is your Magical Creatures class work literally trying to jump out of your parchment and eat you alive? Do you just not understand your HOL class and need help? Well look no further. Gryffindor now has its very own study group system.

The rules for this system are simple. Find at least four other Gryffindor students in your class who want to be involved in your study group (or contact the members of an already existing one) and then PM or e-owl Jessie Barren and have her set your group up! Squirrel Resistance Leader Rescued
The leader of the Squirrel Resistance was rescued by two, 70 year old Wizards (who refused interviews, those grumpy old men) yesterday. The Leader of the Seagull mafia flew away before the wizards could stun him. But thankfully the leader of the Squirrel mafia is safe and happy in his tree.

New Prefects And Jr. Prefects Announced
Gryffimdor now has three new prefects: Jessabella Black, Arwyn Heartly, and Margaraeta Kexholm joining the ranks of our fabulous prefects. We also can’t forget our Jr. Prefects: Kelly Ang and Amelie Felton. Don’t forget to congratulate these wonderful people and shower them with Butter Beer!.

Stay Clear Of The Giant Squid
Beware of the giant squid who is one of the many inhabitants in the lake. It is apparently squid mating season and she is looking for an eligible candidate. She has been seen trying to snag unsuspecting male students and professors with her tentacles whenever they approach the lake. We are currently trying to earn money to find her a male squid so she can leave our poor boys alone.

Our House Pet Needs A Pedicure
Our house pet, Gus the Lion, is in need of a pedicure. He has been seen scratching up the furniture and no amount of Reparo charms seem to be working. Please, if any student out there knows how to give a pedicure let us know… Before Gus starts using us as a scratching post!
